I developed my first cookie recipe in my childhood home, using my siblings as guinea pigs. Then I began to sell them individually for $1 at my high school to help me pay for prom. Honest feedback from my classmates and siblings (not always nice from kids) allowed me to go back to the drawing board and make necessary corrections. The cookies became very popular, and I was doing well until someone “ratted me out”!

The egg and gluten free flour mixture creates a sweet custard-like dough that holds everything together while simultaneously allowing it to dissolve on your tongue. All balanced out with a touch of salt right at the end.
This may sound a little gluttonous, but I believe the right amount of salt refreshes your pallet and prepares you for the next mouthwatering bite. Making each moment eating our cookies an enjoyable experience.

Simple to Make
In a world full of people with never ending “to-do” list, simplicity is bliss. Our gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix is so simple to make with minimum ingredients! Just add a ½ stick of softened (or cooled melted) butter, and 1 egg to a package of the mix. Bake according to the directions and that’s it!
Cookie Versatility
Of course, chocolate chip cookies are amazing on their own, yet it would be a shame not to mention their cookie versatility.
